The State of Ohio has exempted funerals from the public gathering ban; however, the CDC’s most recent recommendations is no more than 50 people in attendance at public gatherings such as funerals. We at the Taylor-Theller Funeral Home want to abide by the State of Ohio recommendations by limiting the number of people at our funeral gatherings and place of business. We are trying to protect the families we serve and our employees. We are urging families to make their visitation/service private with family and close friends only. If you would like to reach out to a family, feel free to do an online condolence through our website, give them a call or send them a card. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to call us at (740) 969-2444.
Precautions we have taken are:
Staff will be available to assist by opening/closing doors as you enter/exit the building.
Disinfecting and Lysol wiping everything frequently
Monitoring distancing of people in the building.
Hand washing: We encourage hand washing and/or hand sanitizing as you enter and leave the building.
No shared pens at the guest registry.
No food or drink allowed in the building.
Please Cover coughs/sneezes.

What Our Families Are Saying...
My condolences to the extended Smith Family. I grew up in Crooksville and while I don't really remember Bill, I do remember Chuck and some of Chuck's siblings. Chuck and I were in the same grade and best friends until his family moved out of Crooksville.
